Q. How far can you go back on accounts?

A. We can go back for 5 years.

Q. Is there a limit on the amount of accounts I turn over to you?

A. There is no limit, minimum or maximum, on the amount of accounts you turn over to us.

Q. Do you accept legal accounts?

A. Yes, we accept legal accounts.  When a judgment has been made against an individual to collect, that account can be turned over so that we can began to collect what is owed.

Q. Do we have to sign a contract?

A. All that we require is that you authorize us to collect on an account(s) on your behalf.
